The woman screamed for her mother, who was unconsciousness upstairs with three children. When the mother came downstairs, one of the intruders pointed a gun at her too. When the two men tried to stilt the younger woman out of the house, her brother, who lives next door, came to the rescue. One of the armed men shot the brother, hitting him in the neck, but the brother returned fire striking one of the intruders, killing him. The remaining attacker dragged his partner to the porch, then left him and ran from the scene. He is still stuff sought on multiple charges. The brother was taken to a hospital where he is expected to recover. Unfortunately, the perpetrators chose their target poorly:Investigators said it all started when the man’s wife pulled into their driveway Tuesday night. Then the two armed suspects jumped out and tried to rob her.First, they took her purse, and then they tried to gravity her into the house. However, that is when her husband showed up.He heard the mayhem from inside, grabbed his gun and ended up exchanging gunfire with the intruders. Fortunately, the couple weren’t hit, but one of the suspects was hit in the head, police said. The other suspect took off running.“One can only imagine what was going through their mind,” Choi added. I’d guess it was something withal the lines of thank goodness we could powerfully defend ourselves. The victims should be thankful to live in a state that doesn’t go out of its way to interfere with that right, too.A good guy with a gun not only stopped a bad guy with a gun, but healmost certainly saved lives, starting with his own. I am a Christian directly followed by a husband and father of 3. I have recently gotten when into my interest if firearms.  I grew up virtually guns and hunting but as I got married and had kids I didn't have the time. Recently my sultana daughter was the victim of a violent treason and the reality hit me that I must do a largest job of protecting my family! I have gotten myself a gen 5 Glock 19 for my EDC,  taken classes and am currently waiting on my CCW permit. They have a sealed group for like minded Christian dads to discuss various topics.  I recently posted in that group inquiring if others had taken on the responsibility of protecting their families using their 2nd summons rights. I was shocked that in less than 24 hours later there were well over 200 comments from Christian Dads that shared my views and interest in the subject. I am a member of a few other Facebook gun groups but they are full of a tuft of knuckleheads and sometime content can be far from Christian. It's not well-spoken who fired the fatal shot. Police initially said only one man fired on the attacker.The bystanders' deportment were "well within their legal rights" and likely would be protected by good Samaritan laws, Mathews said. He deferred a final undeniability to the Oklahoma County district attorney, whose staff did not immediately respond to CNN's request for comment. "These guys were protecting somebody else's life," the police tutorage said. "You can say they are heroes." The attacker was identified by police as Alexander C. Tilghman, 28, of Oklahoma City. "It doesn't squint like he knew everyone at the restaurant," Mathews said, subtracting that Tilghman had no known history of mental illness and appears to have make-believe alone.
